Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Oren AI platform ("Service") operated by Oren AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Oren AI is an AI-powered copywriting tool designed to help real estate professionals in Malaysia generate marketing copy for property listings. The Service uses large language model technology to produce suggested text based on user-provided inputs.

      Important Disclaimer: Oren AI is an AI content generation tool. All output is algorithmically generated and may require review and editing before use. We make no guarantee that any generated copy will achieve specific marketing, sales, or conversion results. Users assume full responsibility for the content they publish.
    

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already commenced. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us at support@useoren.com within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
Violate any applicable Malaysian law or regulation, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service beyond its intended use.
Share account credentials or resell access to the Service.
Upload or input confidential third-party data without proper authorisation.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. AI-generated output is provided to you for your use; however, because AI output may not be uniquely created, we make no warranty of originality or intellectual property ownership. You are responsible for ensuring any published content does not infringe third-party rights.

The Oren AI name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Any specific conversion rate, enquiry volume, or sales result will be achieved through use of generated copy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Oren AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
